Information for Campers

1. प्रकृति की सुरम्य वातावरण में दिल्ली हरियाणा के बॉर्डर पर स्थित सूर्या साधना स्थली झिंझोली में यह कैंप होगा।
In the picturesque environment of nature, this camp will be held in Jhinjholi, the Surya Sadhana Sthali located on Delhi-Haryana border.

2. कक्षा 6वीं से 11 वीं तक के भैया व बहनें इस कैम्प में भाग ले सकते है I कैम्प पूर्णतः आवासीय है। इस दौरान घर जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
Brothers and sisters from class 6th to 11th will be able to participate in this camp. The camp is completely residential. Campers will not be allowed to go home during this time.

3. कैंप में शिविरार्थियों को निम्न चीजें दी जाएंगी :-
टीशर्ट, कैप, बैग , रुमाल, डायरी, पॉकेट पैड, पेन, पानी की बोतल, सहभागिता प्रमाण पत्र, सहभागिता शील्ड, ID कार्ड , प्रार्थना पुस्तिका एवं प्रेरणादायी पुस्तकें I
The following things will be given to the campers in the camp: -
T-shirts, Cap, Bag, Handkerchief, Diary, Pocket Pad, Pen, Water Bottle, Participation Certificate, Participation Shield, ID Card, Prayer Book & motivational books.

4. शिविर का शुल्क ₹ 4000/- (incl. GST) है I इसमें से पंजीकरण शुल्क ₹1000/- है I जो कि नॉन-रिफंडेबल होगाI
The camp fee is Rs. 4000/- (incl. GST), out of which the registration fee is ₹ 1000/- which is non-refundable.

5. शेष शुल्क ₹. 3000/- शिविर स्थल आने पर देय रहेगा ।
Remaining Fee Rs. 3000/- will be payable on arrival at the camp site.

6. पूरे शिविर का शुल्क ₹ 4000/- (incl. GST) का अग्रिम भुगतान पंजीकरण के समय भी कर सकते हैं ।
Advance payment of Rs. 4000/- (incl. GST) for the entire camp can also be made at the time of registration.

7. पहनने के लिए सामान्य कपड़े, तौलिया ,चप्पल, स्पोर्ट्स ड्रेस एवं स्पोर्ट्स जूते, कुर्ता-पायजामा व दैनिक उपयोगी सामग्री (टूथ पेस्ट- ब्रश, तेल, कंघी आदि) अपने साथ अवश्य लेकर आएं।
Campers are advise to bring normal clothes, towel, slippers, sports dress and Sports shoes, Kurta-Pyjama and daily usable items (Toothpaste - Toothbrush, Oil, comb etc.).

8. शिविरार्थियों को शिविर के पहले दिन सुबह 10:00 बजे तक ( सूर्या फॉउण्डेशन के केंद्रीय कार्यालय, B-3/330 पश्चिम विहार-110063 ज्वाला हेड़ी मार्केट के पीछे नजदीकी मेट्रो स्टेशन पश्चिम विहार पश्चिम) पर पहुंचना आवश्यक है। सभी अभिभावक अपने बच्चों को कार्यालय पर छोड़ने के बाद वापस जा सकेंगे।
Campers are required to arrive at the Surya Foundation Central Office, located at (B-3/330 Paschim Vihar-110063, behind Jwala Hedi Market, nearest to Paschim Vihar West Metro Station), by 10:00 AM on the first day of the camp. Parents are kindly requested to drop off their children at the office.

9. शिविर के आखिरी दिन आयोजित समापन समारोह का समय सायं 4:00 से 7:00 बजे तक होगा। सायं 7 बजे के बाद ही अभिभावक अपने बच्चों को शिविर स्थल से ले जा सकेंगे।
The closing ceremony, scheduled for the last day of the camp, will take place from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Parents will be allowed to pick up their children from the campsite only after 7 pm.

10. यह पंजीकरण फॉर्म स्वयं माता / पिता अथवा यदि शिविरार्थी फॉर्म भरता है तो वह अपने माता /पिता / संरक्षक की उपस्थिति में ही भरेंI
This registration form should be filled by the Parent himself or if the camper is filling the form should fill it only in the presence Your parent/guardian.
