The Surya Foundation runs the Ideal Village Scheme project, which benefits 400 villages across the country. Free Child Development Centers and Indian Youth Clubs (Sports Centers) are operated here. The 20-day Acharya training class for young teachers who operate these centers is conducted at the Surya Sadhana Stali, Jhinjholi. In this training, children are taught how to read with interest and also about personality development.

From time to time, training classes for service-oriented workers and migrant workers of the Ideal Village Scheme are also conducted.
